How do I register my car?

Use the Register Your Car form online. Fill in your vehicle details and acknowledgments, then bring your vehicle on market day.

What does it cost?

$159 for the full weekend for cars and trucks.

Do I have to stay with my vehicle?

No. You may stay with your vehicle, or drop it off and let buyers contact you directly when interested.

Who handles the sale?

You do. Nashville Auto Fair does not negotiate, sell, broker, or close transactions. The sale is 100% between you and the buyer.

Do you sell the car for me?

No. We display your vehicle. You handle the sale.

Do you handle title or payment?

No. Title transfer and payment are handled directly between you and the buyer.

Can buyers test drive my car?

Test drives are arranged directly with you. Nashville Auto Fair does not authorize, supervise, or insure test drives.

What vehicles are allowed?

Cars and trucks only at this time. No RVs, boats, motorcycles, or ATVs.

What should I remove from my vehicle before drop-off?

Remove all valuables, personal documents, garage door openers, and aftermarket electronics you don't want with the car.

What happens if I want to pick up my vehicle?

Check out at the gate. If you've handed over keys, our staff will release them to you with ID verification.

For Buyers

Is Nashville Auto Fair a dealership?

No. We are not a dealer, broker, auction, or title agent. We provide a venue for private-party sellers to display their vehicles.

Are the vehicles inspected?

No. Vehicles are not inspected by Nashville Auto Fair. Bring a mechanic or arrange your own inspection.

Who do I contact about a car?

Contact the seller directly using the information they provide on the window sheet.

Can I test drive a vehicle?

Test drives are arranged directly between the buyer and seller. Nashville Auto Fair does not authorize, supervise, insure, or participate in test drives.

Who handles payment and title?

Payment, title transfer, negotiation, and sale details are handled directly between buyer and seller.

Is vehicle information verified?

Vehicle information is provided by the seller. Nashville Auto Fair does not inspect, verify, warrant, or guarantee vehicle condition, title status, mileage, history, or seller claims. Buyers should do their own due diligence before purchasing.

Can dealers sell here?

No. Nashville Auto Fair is private-party only. Dealers are not permitted to sell at the event.
